Nowadays,with the rapid development of global economy and fierce competition in all walks of life,the loss of talents,as the core competitiveness of enterprises,will bring huge losses to enterprises.Therefore,brain drain has long been a problem troubling domestic and foreign enterprises,attracting the attention of many scholars to study it.Taking XC company as an example,this paper obtained the human resource data of XC company through in-depth interviews,questionnaires and literature review at home and abroad,and made an in-depth investigation of the current situation of talent drain in the company from the aspects of age,education background,position level,service life and resignation intention.Based on the Mobley intermediary chain model,a questionnaire was designed.According to the survey results,the reasons for brain drain were analyzed from four factors: job satisfaction,expectations of changing job roles and benefits within the organization,expectations of changing job roles and benefits outside the organization,non-job values and accidental factors.First,XC belongs to the CRO industry,which leads to the scarcity of talents.The talent market is in short supply,and talents face a variety of choices in the market,thus increasing the turnover rate of the company.Second,because of the nature of the work,a large number of business trips and overtime work make employees less satisfied with the work,leading to the outflow of talents from the company.Third,the company has a weak sense of management,lacks a sound management system and system,fails to provide competitive salary level for employees,and fails to pay attention to the career development and training of employees,resulting in employees' choice to leave the company due to their own consideration.Finally,in view of these reasons,this paper puts forward practical countermeasures and Suggestions from the four aspects of perfecting the salary system,establishing humanized overtime system,staff career planning,good enterprise atmosphere and working environment to help XC company reduce the rate of talent turnover.
