With the increasing economic globalization and the development of marketing economy in China, the mobility of human resources changes severely. It is a very challenging task to all kinds of enterprises. The task is how to retain the talents.The dissertation investigates and analyzes the brain drain of TF Co. Ltd based on the brain drain model and the theory of relevant human resources, as well .The main reasons for the loss of staff are such as unreasonable payment for the employees, lacking of good enterprise culture, the bad effect of family-based employment system and the breaking up of the mental contract between the employees and employers.Based on the survey, this dissertation presents the preservation strategy and countermeasure. Firstly, the company should raise the managers'awareness of retaining employees and improve the management functions of human resources; secondly, to establish a reasonable salary system and measuring system on the performance of the workers; thirdly, to shape a kind of respect for the staff and people-oriented enterprise culture; fourthly, to raise up the employees in their career; finally, through the management of the details, the corporation could maintain the mental contract with the staff, establish trust feelings to the company of the staff and, thus, develop their loyalty. Through comprehensive improvement in the management of human resource, the company could attract talents, develop and retain the capable staff.
