Financial Analysis Based On Harvard Analysis Framework

With the acceleration of our country's integration into the world's large collectives and the rapid development of science and technology and economy,the changes brought by the accelerated pace of people's living standards,the improvement of consumption capacity,and the transfer of transactions from entities to online,the express industry has become increasingly prominent,and has become an important part of China's modern social and economic system.SF Holdings is the leading enterprise in the domestic express industry.Its performance before and after backdoor listing,experience of development and problems have important reference value for the development of other enterprises in China.This paper breaks through the simplicity and limitation of previous financial statement analysis,uses Harvard framework,combines qualitative and quantitative analysis of SF holding financial statements,evaluates and prospects the past,present and future development of SF holding around four dimensions of strategy,accounting,finance and prospects.From the perspective of strategic analysis,this paper finds that SF holding has strategic disadvantages and threats,but managers find that the expansion is too fast in time,and adjust the pace of development strategy.From the perspective of accounting analysis,the key accounting policies of SF holding should be adjusted according to the actual development,and the status of fixed assets becomes more and more critical because of the expansion of enterprises.From the perspective of dimensionality,SF Holdings should control the cost to form scale effect because of the increasing pressure of debt repayment and extensive investment.From the perspective of perspective analysis,express industry is still in a high-speed development industry.SF Holdings can only obtain a broader market if it ensures the sustainable development of moat cause while diversified development.On this basis,this paper gives some suggestions for the sustainable development of SF Holdings: to maintain the stability of profitability and improve brand competitiveness;to strengthen the management of foreign investment and enhance investment returns;to speed up the construction of information networks and improve overall competitiveness;to differentiate market positioning and tap partners.
