Financial Analysis Of Bright Dairy Based On Harvard Analytical Framework

The dairy industry is a people’s livelihood industry,and China is a major importer and exporter of dairy products,with milk production and imports at the forefront of the world.In recent years,with the full implementation of the "second child" policy,the acceleration of urbanization and the introduction of national supportive policies,the development of the dairy industry has ushered in a new situation.From the exposure of the "melamine" incident in 2008 to the "National Dairy Development Plan(2016-2020)" policy was issued and then in 2018 "Several Opinions on Further Promoting the Rejuvenation of the Dairy Industry".Based on the above,China’s dairy industry has great growth potential.The research object of this article is positioned as Bright Dairy,and the full text is based on the Harvard analysis framework to target companies to conduct a comprehensive financial analysis.Bright Dairy is a 100-year old dairy manufacturing company,and its products have always attracted consumers’ attention.However,the performance gap between Bright and Mengniu and Yili in recent years is obvious.According to this trend,the gap between Bright Dairy and other dairy giants will continue to grow,and the operating risks will increase accordingly.Taking Bright Dairy as the research object has certain research significance.The basic arrangement of this chapter is as follows: The introduction part is the first part of this paper.It is mainly includes the paper background,paper significance and introduction of domestic and foreign literature;Chapter 2 Theoretical basis,introduces the traditional financial analysis methods and their limitations,as well as the theoretical advantages of the Harvard analysis framework.It also includes a theoretical overview of the methods required for the analysis section below;Chapter 3 Overview of Bright Dairy,focusing on the basic situation and operation of Bright Dairy;Chapter 4 is the key part ofthis article,It is mainly include a comprehensive financial analysis of research object.The strategic analysis part uses the PEST analysis method to analyze the bright macro environment,and then uses the SWOT analysis method to perform the bright competitive strategy analysis,the accounting analysis part determines the key accounting subjects based on the key accounting policies and accounting estimates,the financial analysis part It is based on the analysis of the balance sheet,profit statement and cash flow statement to analyze the solvency,operating capacity and profitability of the bright dairy industry vertically and horizontally;the prospect analysis part includes the forecast of the company’s prospects and the future business risk prediction.After the analysis of each part of this chapter,there will be a summary,which includes a summary of the analysis of this part and the problems found in it;Chapter 5 is recommendations,and the problems found in Chapter 4 are targeted at recommendations.
