Study On The Influencing Factors And Counter Measures Of Family Farm Development

With the advancement of China’s modernization process,China’s urbanization and agricultural modernization are developing rapidly.Due to the continuous transfer of surplus rural labor force to cities and towns,the number of permanent residents in rural areas decreased sharply,and the existing small-scale agricultural production and operation mode has been unable to adapt to the development of agricultural modernization.At present,it is urgent to change the traditional mode of agricultural production and management because of the fragmentation of agricultural land in China.According to the agricultural development practice in developed countries,the development of family farms can solve the complex relationship between human and land,and realize the intensive and large-scale production and management of agriculture,and guarantee the national food security to the greatest extent,which is of great significance for promoting the production and development of China’s agricultural field.Since 2013,the "central no.1" document issued by the government every year has encouraged the development of diversified agriculture and moderately sized family farms.Relevant institutions have conducted surveys and investigations on various influencing factors and provided relevant strategies for reference.This paper takes zhangzhou yunxiao county as the research object and is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly describes the research background and significance of family farms,the research status,research content and methods of family farms at home and abroad.The second chapter is the theoretical basis,which explains the concept,characteristics,comparison with other new agricultural operation subjects and the theoretical basis.The third chapter is the related practice of family farms at home and abroad,and provides some reference value for the development of yunxiao county family farms by referring to the excellent experience.The fourth part is the development status and problems of yunxiao county family farms.The fifth part is the analysis of influencing factors for the development of family farms in yunxiao county.The specific influencing factors include farm scale,investment scale,agricultural science and technology,labor force and market.Factor analysis and linear regression analysis are used to analyze the data and calculate the significant influence of influencing factors on the development of family farms.The sixth part is to put forward the development countermeasures of yunxiao county family farms.Through a large number of actual investigation analysis of zhangzhou yunxiao problems existing in the process of family farm development,in view of the land to expand its scale,investment capitalinto the hard times,the advanced agricultural science and technology does not reach the designated position,farmers,low marketization degree,low cultural quality level of the five fundamental problems,put forward the corresponding solutions,respectively,to speed up regulate the circulation of farmland,expand the scale of the family farm;Strengthening investment attraction and expanding investment scale;Increase the proportion of agricultural science and technology,improve productivity;Improve employee structure and labor efficiency;We will improve the social service system and reduce risks in the trading environment.
