Research On Influencing Factors And Countermeasure Of Family Farm Development In Tai’an City

As the development direction of modern agriculture,family farm has become the development direction to further accelerate the development of agriculture,gradually promote agricultural innovation and technology,and improve the contribution rate of science and technology.In 2013,China’s no.1 central document first put forward the term "family farm",which has become an important carrier of modern agriculture.Tai’an City has also made some beneficial explorations and contributions to the development of family farms and achieved good results.However,there are still many problems,such as slow development,low operation level and low sustainable development level,which need to be seriously studied and solved.This paper analyzes the development status of Tai’an City family farm,explores the influencing factors of the development of Tai’an City family farm,and proposes better and faster countermeasures to promote the development of Tai’an City family farm,so as to provide a basis for the government to make decisions.Through literature research and field investigation,this paper systematically analyzed the development of Tai’an City family farm by using orderly Logistic regression analysis and ISM explanatory structure model,and reached the following conclusions:(1)Tai’an City family farms in shandong province have achieved rapid development.By2018,the total number of Tai’an City family farms has grown to 4,517,with a total registered capital of 6.53 billion yuan and a total income of 4.14 billion yuan.Thus.The main industrial structure types of Tai’an City family farms are roughly divided into four categories: planting family farms,breeding family farm,family farm of combination of planting and breeding and other types of family farms.Among them,the proportion of plantation family farms is larger,accounting for 40.1%.There are more farms with fixed assets between 1 million yuan and 5million yuan,and fewer farms with fixed assets of 5 million yuan and above.Family farms with a total income of 600-1.5 million yuan are the most common,and the average income is in the middle.Registered capital is mainly concentrated in 200-1 million yuan,investment scale is small,financing is difficult.In the classification of Tai’an City family farm operation scale,the proportion of large farms is small and the average area is large.Small and medium-sized farms account for a large proportion with a small average area.(2)Systematically analyzed the effects of the development of Tai’an City family farm from five aspects,mainly including: effectively increased the income of farmers;Promoted the all-round development of agricultural and rural economy;Promoting the employment and transfer of labor force;Promoted the further development of other rural undertakings;Itpromotes social stability.(3)The orderly Logistic model and ISM model were used to analyze the development of Tai’an City family farm.The results show that the direct factors are educational level,industrial structure,supply of raw materials,traffic and market demand.The registered capital status is the middle level indirect factor;The state of government subsidy is the underlying factor.(4)Although the development of Tai’an City family farm in shandong province has made some progress,it is still in the early stage of development on the whole,and there are still many barriers affecting the development of Tai’an City family farm in shandong province.For example,the overall development of some family farms is backward and slow;Family farm leaders lack of management experience,resulting in family farm management level is not high;The investment of funds and the use of excessive blind,resulting in incomplete farm scale;The market competition ability is insufficient,the sustainability is not strong and so on.(5)According to the actual situation of Tai’an City,the following countermeasures should be proposed for the development of Tai’an City family farm: in terms of family farm,management should be strengthened,farmers should be trained well and infrastructure construction should be strengthened;The government should give full play to the right direction and increase preferential support.In terms of social economic environment,we should expand social financing channels to realize the reasonable transfer of labor force and beautify the surrounding environment.Promote the better and faster development of Tai’an City family farms in shandong province.
