Research On The Influencing Factors Of Operating Efficiency Of Grain Family Farms In Guanzhong Region

The 2013 central document clearly pointed out that ―support the development of new grain management organizations,such as family and farms‖.In recent years,the family farms in rural regions in China have made great progress in quantity and quality,research papers about family farms have been emerging,and family farms have become a new research focus in the domestic academic community.Guanzhong Region is an important grain production base in Shaanxi province.In recent years,the number of grain family farms in the region is increasing.This paper make the influencing factors of grain type of family farm management benefit as the starting point,apply the methods of literature research,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to analyze the characteristics,status quo,to explore the characteristics and effect of Guanzhong Region grain family farm situation,benefit factor,problems of development,finally,finally,combined with the actual situation of the investigation and the basic theoretical knowledge,the paper puts forward countermeasures to solve the related development problems and suggestions to promote the development of grain family farms.This paper analyzed the development characteristics of Guanzhong Region grain family farm as follows.The quantity is more than 1000,and in recent years,there has been steady growth;most of the motivation is profit;the majority of family farms with 1~4 years of operation;on the scale,most family farms belong to the "medium" and "large"(200 acres to 600 acres);in the type,family farms that only grow wheat and corn make up the majority;the labor force is dominated by family members;production costs are mainly land transfer and agricultural production;on the whole,the level of mechanization of agricultural production is higher;only a few family farms joined the cooperatives and other organizations;in benefit,at present,the majority of grain family farms in Guanzhong Region are profitable.This paper also summed up the factors affecting the operational efficiency of grain family farms in Guanzhong Region include: market level;grain yield;personal family farm households;family farm life;family farm type;family farm mechanization of agricultural production;natural disasters.The study found that outstanding problems faced by the development of Guanzhong Region grain family farm which is as follows: the problem of land transfer,the problem of funds,the inadequacy of the ability of family farm decision-makers,irrigation problems and insufficient support.Based on the results of the study and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions on promoting the grain development of family farms in Guanzhong Region: to protect and regulate the land circulation;to enhance the ability of decision makers to improve family farm;family farm level of science and technology;agricultural market stability;to increase efforts to support the family farm.
