Abstract/Summary:
As a policy limiting industry,Motorcycle industry was shrinking year by year and the competition has accordingly entered into white-hot as well.In order to attract more consumers,besides the suppliers have to manufacture products with reliable quality,fashionable appearance and good performance,meanwhile,it also requires reasonable and efficient logistics distribution network as the support,effective implementation of products from manufacturers to consumers which can meet customers’ various requirements faster and better.On September 21 th,2016,“the transfinite regulation on administration of road transport vehicle” was formally implemented,freight of transport vehicles rose generally,which also led to higher prices of domestic supply of commodity and exacerbated the business management of upstream industry and corresponding enterprise.This requires not only manufacturing enterprises making a cost reduction from the perspective of production but also relative revolutions and innovations from aspects of packaging,logistics,technology so as to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises.Against this background,this paper puts forward a reasonable and effective logistics network design method on the basis of analyzing H enterprise logistics network,so as to achieve goals of reducing logistics cost on product distribution.This paper firstly introduces the background of the research and the relevant theories of logistics network optimization at home and abroad,which lays the theoretical foundation for the research work in the future.Then,through the investigation of the current situation of the logistics operation of H enterprise,the paper analyzes three major problems such as long time,high cost and bad service.By using fishbone diagram,man,machine,material,method,measure,environment and 5Why analysis methods,the root cause of the mismatch between the logistics network and the sales market is found out,and the optimization demand of the logistics network of H enterprise is put forward.According to the optimization requirements and the improvement strategy and the theory of logistics network optimization,the paper puts forward the improvement strategy of qualitative analysis,quantitative analysis and 0-1 integer programming,and optimizes its network according to the qualitative analysis,medium-term quantitative analysis and post-comprehensive evaluation and validation.On the basis of the description of the problem,the paper follows the idea of 0-1 integer programming,analyzes and determines the constraints and parameters,constructs the logistics network optimization model,and explains the P-median model method.Finally,according to the actual situation of H enterprise,the logistics network optimization model is introduced,and the model is solved by P-median model method.At last,the optimization scheme of 10 new logistics nodes was obtained.Before and after optimization by cost,time and businesses feedback compared to prove the feasibility and economical solutions.
