Abstract/Summary:
On all accounts, under the intense competitive circumstance featuring the buyer's market, an advanced, efficient logistics distribution network plays a crucial role in obtaining competitive advantage. In the case of enterprises, the construction and optimization of logistics distribution network is the most important part of their logistics system planning. It can promote the whole operating efficiency of the business logistics system effectively, and, also it directly decides whether that system is good or not. In addition, it will reflect, to some extent, the market competitive competence and integrated management level of the enterprises. The construction and optimization of logistics distribution network does not only has the theoretical significance, but also a guiding value for the practice.Based on the theory of modern logistics system planning, firstly, from the view of strategic planning, the thesis carried systematic research on how to find location initially, and use the location and allocation model to choose the best one in order to reduce the total cost and investment on logistics and enhance customer service levels. Then the thesis optimizes the distribution logistics network from three levels, the optimization of three key points, the joint optimization of transportation and inventory, logistics management under the supply chain environment through the implementation of CPFR(collaborative planning, joint planning, forecasting, replenishment). Finally, use a logistics distribution case to illustrate the entire process of optimization. The thesis focuses on the study of the construction and optimization of logistics distribution network from the quantitative point of view and it both has innovation on the two mathematical models in order to meet the real as much as possible.This thesis mainly adopts the method that combines quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, making full use of the existing research results. Borrowing some relevant experience, home and abroad, it puts forward some new ideas after studying the existing research results. Using mathematical programming method to solve the problem of the distribution network construction means carrying on mathematical analysis on the number of fixed facilities, location and size, establish the mathematical model, the location and allocation model, which can achieve the related objectives under a certain condition and solve it; Using mathematical programming method to solve the problem of the distribution network optimization means use the inventory-transportation optimal model to make scientific decision, the results of the optimization can be the reference for the distribution frequency and quantity of the distribution system, in order to have effective control of inventory costs, transportation Costs, ordering cost, thus to minimize the cost of the distribution network.
