Research In Optimizing HD Company's Logistics Network Based On LD-CED Model

HD company, with the typical characteristics of most of the manufacturing enterprises,especially the state-owned enterprises, is willing to cooperate with foreign companies in the production, technology and other aspects, to achieve an efficient and scientific management.But the logistics management is paid low attention, and the logistics network concept and understanding is not deep as well. Due to the lack of effective planning and design of logistics network line, the logistics network transport lines is inefficient, products are transported casually. Area configuration for Distribution Centers is not reasonable. All these problems on logistics managementbring bring the enterprise a lot of unnecessary costs,resulting in a waste of resources.The HD company's logistics network is made as the research object. In this paper, first of all, LD-CED logistics network model theory, the logistics network optimization theory were studied, in order to lay the theoretical foundation for proposing optimization scheme for HD Company's logistics network. Then the writer did in-depth research in the enterprise, and analyzed the status and existing problems of HD company's logistics network in the aspects of organization structure, line and node cost, logistics network quality of service. And Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces and market logistics network as an example, puting forward two problems of logistics network in a more prominent as targets for improvement,optimization model was established, and ultimately a optimal scheme was determined, andsuggestions were put forward to help enterprise resolve the practical problems.Through the research and analysis, and the implementation of the proposed optimization scheme, under the condition of making sure the timeliness of new logistics network is not reduced, the cost of logistics network of HD Company's Jiangzhe region market will be reduced, Area configuration for Distribution Centers will become reasonable,network line will be more concise, and the logistics network will get optimization.
