This paper mainly studies problems related to regional logistics network and the collection and distribution capacity of logistics network.It includes regional logistics network model,regional logistics network collection and distribution capacity evaluation model and distribution capacity optimization model.First of all,logistics demand between nodes depends on comprehensive quality of the logistics nodes and radiation model in the paper.Thus,the paper constructs the regional logistics network model based on logistics demand between nodes and traffic network assignment.Second,in this paper,an evaluation model based on the edge weight of road network is proposed to measure the collecting and distributing ability of network,and aiming at maximum the collection and distribution capacity of logistics network & shortest circulation time of goods,the paper constructs an optimized regional logistics network model with two-layer to optimize the collection and distribution capability of regional logistics network.Finally,under the background of the logistics network in western region,this paper studies the logistics network in Gansu province and the collection and distribution ability of the logistics network,besides,the paper also puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the collection and distribution ability of the logistics network in Gansu province.The main results of this paper are as follows:(1)The regional logistics network model based on logistics demand between nodes and traffic network assignment is constructed.The construction of regional logistics network is mostly based on the connection strength between logistics nodes in existing literature,ignoring the real traffic network,whether there are roads,the number of roads and the traffic capacity between nodes,so the construction of the regional logistics network does not necessarily reflect the real situation.Therefore,the logistics network is constructed by considering the two factors of inter-node logistics demand and road network.Firstly,this paper obtains the logistics demand between nodes through the radiation model and the flow of goods between nodes.Secondly,aiming at the shortest circulation time of goods,this paper constructs a regional logistics network model based on the logistics demand mapping method in the traffic network,and maps the logistics demand between nodes to the real traffic network.Finally,through the model,the study gets a more practical regional logistics network.(2)The evaluation model of the regional logistics network collection and distribution capability based on WASP index is constructed.There is no accurate definition of the collection and distribution ability of the regional logistics network in existing literature.In our opinion,the collection and distribution capacity of the regional logistics network is the average of the collection and distribution capacity of all logistics nodes in the network,meanwhile the collection and distribution capacity of the logistics nodes refer to the capability to gather,process and transport goods.So,referring to the node influence evaluation method,and taking factors of three-steps nearest neighbor and border weight in the regional logistics network into consideration,this paper constructs the evaluation model of the collection and distribution capability of the regional logistics network based on the WASP index,the model more clearly reflects the capability of logistics nodes to gather,process and transport goods between logistics nodes.(3)A bi-level optimization model is constructed,which aims at maximizing the collection and distribution capability of regional logistics network and minimizing the time of goods circulation.First of all,distributing of goods based on Poisson Distribution,so that optimize the collection and distribution capability of regional logistics network.Second,optimizing the circulation time of goods.The two-layer optimization model mainly optimizes the collection and distribution capacity of the local logistics network,and at the same time ensures that the collection and distribution capacity of the global logistics network is not weakened.Although the circulation time of goods has increased,however,it ensures a relative balance between maximizing the collection and distribution capacity of the logistics network and minimizing the circulation time of goods.(4)Effective suggestions are put forward to improve the collecting and distributing ability of Gansu logistics network.Based on the comprehensive evaluation index system of logistics node quality,regional logistics network model,regional logistics network collection and distribution capability evaluation model and the optimized model,this paper makes an empirical study on Gansu logistics network under the background of the western logistics network.Above all,comparing the collection and distribution ability of the logistics network in Gansu province and the optimized,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the collection and distribution ability of the logistics network in Gansu province.
