| Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China explicitly put forward the cultivation of new professional farmers,the cultivation of new professional farmers has become an important way to promote agricultural modernization in China.In 2017,China has cultivated more than one million kinds of new professional farmers.Although the cultivation of new professional farmers in China has achieved great achievements,there are still many shortcomings.This article,according to xinhua county in hunan province is on the analysis of the existing government,research reports,documents and papers related to information,on the basis of through questionnaire and interview,the xinhua new professional farmers,government departments,and training organizations to investigate,summarizes the status quo of xinhua new professional farmers cultivate,and to extract xinhua new professional farmers cultivate related problems: cultivating insufficient funds,government policy implementation does not reach the designated position,the farmer quality is low,poor rural infrastructure,then analyze and research the new type of professional farmers at home and abroad advanced experience,suitable for xinhua new professional farmers cultivate enlightenment.Finally,from strengthening policy implementation main body behavior,improve the quality of policy implementation object,and optimize the environment of policy implementation of these three aspects Suggestions,in order to improve the xinhua the problems existing in new type of professional farmers cultivating. |
