In recent years,the securities industry has been surging,on the one hand,it has been greatly affected by the rise of Internet finance.On the other hand,due to the continuous deepening of government regulation and industry reform,the average transaction commission rate has declined.The decline in the commission rate and the sluggish market have had a great impact on the performance of brokerage firms.At present,most of the transformation ideas of large and small brokerages follow the "Internet +" model,and through the use of well-known network platforms,access to a wide range of users,online account opening,exhibition industry,services,to reduce costs.Large-scale brokers have launched a series of standardized services,on the one hand,the means to increase customer service,and on the other hand,they hope to save labor costs.However,the above series of services have little effect in retaining old customers and have limited support in new customer development.The reason is that standardized services are difficult to meet the individual needs of customers.The homogenization of the Internet convergence of brokers is still serious.Most of them only provide customers with a short sense of freshness,and the customer's stickiness and loyalty are very low.Incremental business and incremental revenue development still need to continuously cultivate excellent employees from the sales department level,and launch a matching performance appraisal and human resource management system.Only by laying a solid business foundation for each business department can we take the point and face The attack and retreat can be maintained,and the company's long-term and steady development can be realized.The topic of this paper is based on this background.It is aimed at exploring how the business of A Securities Company B's business department is in the face of the continuous decline of commissions and the increasingly fierce competition in the industry.How to set goals,daily management,and manpower Actively respond to resource reform,performance appraisal,and incentives,open up a differentiated business path in fierce market competition,achieve a smooth transformation of brokerage business,and continue to maintain the competitive edge of large brokerages.This paper chooses A securities company B business department as the research object,analyzes the problems existing in the performance appraisal system of Asecurities company B business department,and combines the questionnaire survey to find that the performance appraisal of A securities company B business department mainly has an unreasonable evaluation period.Problems such as the unscientific design of assessment indicators and the lack of effective use of assessment results.On this basis,in response to these problems,this article gives a recommendation on the improvement of the performance appraisal system of the A business department of the A securities company,so as to improve the overall performance level of the business department.The specific strategies include setting a scientific performance appraisal cycle and combining the balance meter.The scorecard design assessment indicators and the use of the results.Finally,the paper further gives the implementation plan of the overall performance appraisal of A securities company B business department and the implementation guarantee of the plan.The implementation guarantee includes organizational security,system security,software and hardware material and facilities security,corporate culture guarantee,and establishment of talent data center.Through performance appraisal optimization,process planning,and support facilities to better help A securities company B business department improve performance appraisal level and gain competitive advantage.
