The performance appraisal is an effective management process which can help the enterprise to achieve the goal.In recent years,with the expansion of the scale of China's capital market,the financial securities has developed rapidly,the competition is more intense.With the continuous development of innovation,business banking,insurance,trusts,funds and other financial institutions have more and more cross business which make competition stronger.Access has experience in international business management on the other hand,the joint venture securities company which make China will impact the domestic securities companies in investment banking,capital management and derivatives etc.At the same time,the securities industry in the comprehensive management of the whole after entering a period of rapid growth.How to enrich the capital further and development of innovative business rapidly are all need to face for us.So the reasonable performance appraisal system in the financial industry competition plays a vital role in the background of fierce competition.This paper mainly analysis the present situation of the performance system of Jianghai Securities Co.Ltd to research on the cause of the problems and use the key performance index(KPI),the organization contribution ranking method organization to improve the existing performance appraisal system.The operational entity and post performance appraisal system are put forward to improve the operation.According to the current situation of the securities business department to put forward the reform target of performance appraisal in business department.Combining with the actual competition environment of the securities business department,the paper puts forward the reform target of the performance appraisal of the business department,and financial services of business department as the center,establishing a fair and reasonable performance appraisal platform,improving the incentive competition assessment mechanism and the performance evaluation feedback and guidance mechanism to increase the overall performance level of the company.
