With the rapid development of market economy,the emergence of knowledge economy and the acceleration of economic globalization,enterprises are facing increasingly fierce and complex competitive environment.First of all,in order to remain invincible in this environment,enterprises must establish and improve the scientific and effective performance appraisal management system.Secondly,the performance appraisal of an enterprise is closely related to the vital interests of every employee.Therefore,a series of improvement strategies and implementation plans are needed to improve the scientificity,practicability and rationality of performance management,so as to improve all aspects of corporate management and promote the rapid improvement of the company's core competitiveness.The research object of this paper is general staff performance appraisal XB stock company,in combination with the basic theory of modern performance appraisal,the company existing problems arising from the performance appraisal process,using the combination of qualitative and quantitative method,put forward the optimization of company has been in the performance appraisal system and complementary,by raising the company to general staff performance appraisal level,promote the steady development of the company.Firstly,starting from the background and significance of the topic,followed by research ideas,research objects and research methods.On this basis,the concept and content of performance appraisal,as well as the domestic and foreign research status of performance appraisal are briefly described.Through literature research,interview method,questionnaire survey method of XB securities companies such as general staff performance appraisal status quo,existing problems and the reasons for the investigation,analysis and summary,found that the company's employees on the company's performance appraisal system,contents,index,method and result feedback,the overall degree of understanding and satisfaction is low.The main problems are imperfect related systems and management measures,unreasonable design of assessment indicators,and lack of feedback and application of performance assessment results.The reasons for these problems are that employees pay insufficient attention to performance assessment,lack of understanding of the concept of performance assessment,and lack of close connection with corporate strategic goals.XB securities companies,the author of this paper,therefore,the problems existing in the performance evaluation system,puts forward the targeted improvement plan,ensure the openness,fairness and justice,on the basis of the assessment results and pay,post adjustment,combined with many aspects,such as education,career planning,training is beneficial to the progress of the company's overall performance appraisal management level.Through the improvement of the performance appraisal system of general employees of XB securities company,this paper explores how to make the performance appraisal management innovative and practical,which is of certain significance to the performance appraisal of securities personnel and enlightening to the performance management of other securities industry personnel.
