In today's highly competitive financial market,all kinds of financial enterprises are faced with the risk of being eliminated.If we want to take a foothold in the process of global economic integration,enterprises must make full use of the value of human capital.Performance assessment is a vital part of human resource management.How to establish a scientific and effective performance assessment system to improve the competitiveness of enterprises is a subject that every financial enterprise should pay attention to on the road of sustainable development.Based on the related theories of performance management and the experience and results of the performance appraisal domestically and abroad,this paper makes an in-depth study on the optimization of the performance appraisal system of the Xingsha Business Department of Founder Securities.The research found that the performance appraisal system of Xingsha Business Department of Founder Securities exists a series of problems,such as lack of effectiveness,low participation of employees,poor implementation of performance evaluation and failure of the application of assessment results.This paper,based on the strategic objectives of Founder Securities and Xingsha business department,uses the performance management tools such as Key Performance Indicator,360 Degree Feedback and Balanced Score Card to optimize the performance evaluation system of Founder Securities's Xingsha business department.Considering the problems that may be encountered in the implementation of the new scheme,this paper puts forward a series of measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the performance appraisal plan.This study is of great significance to improve the staff awareness of performance assessment,work enthusiasm and efficiency,and will ultimately improve the overall performance of the Xingsha Business Department of Founder Securities.At the same time,it will also provide some references for improving the performance appraisal management of other securities company.
