Research On Optimization Of Internet Food Safety Supervision Mechanism——Take City M As An Example

Nowadays,online shopping is becoming more and more popular.Numerous companies and self-employed businesses have entered the Internet platform,including many catering service operators who are also using the Internet to sell food.The development of the Internet has promoted the diversified development of food and greatly facilitated the marketing and distribution of food.Although the catering industry has greatly promoted the development of the industry after entering the Internet,many problems have also been exposed.Because the food marketed on the Internet is non intuitive,cross regional and has many circulation links,its safety supervision is more complex and difficult than offline marketing food.It is difficult to ensure the efficiency and effect of supervision only by relying on the strength of government departments,so we must strengthen the collaborative supervision of multiple subjects.This paper takes the food safety supervision mechanism of M city’s online catering service as the research object.Through platform data research,public opinion questionnaires,interviews with front-line supervisors,research literature and other ways,we found many problems in food safety of online catering service.At present,M City’s deficiencies in the supervision of food safety in online catering services mainly include incomplete and non-standard information publicity of online catering service operators;There is no virtual operation of physical stores;The problems of out of scope operation emerge in endlessly;Food information labeling and distribution operations were not standardized;Failure to form an online and offline integrated supervision pattern;Insufficient supervision,etc.This article has carried on the thorough analysis to this one by one and proposed the related countermeasure suggestion,mainly is strengthens the Internet profession standardization management;Strengthen the construction of the food industry credit system;According to relevant laws and regulations,more targeted implementation rules are issued;Strengthen technical support and optimize the intelligent review of commercial registration;Strengthen the construction of market supervision team and improve the supervision ability of law enforcement personnel;Give play to social forces,attach importance to and strengthen public opinion supervision and other measures to optimize the food safety supervision mechanism of online catering services.
