| In the era of knowledge economy,the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more intense.Living in a fierce competitive environment is in separable from the hard work of employees in the organization and the dedication of work.The highly engaged employees can not only create for the enterprise but also give enterprises an advantage in the competition,while knowledge workers themselves can also get more happiness and work enthusiasm from work.With the popularization of education and the advancement of industrial transformation,knowledge workers have become the carrier of modern enterprisesâ continuous advancement and innovation.For the organization,improving the professional behavior of employees in the organization is the key and difficult point of the daily management of the organization.The leadership style of the manager should be coordinated with the work characteristics and needs of the managed group,this will not only maximize employee enthusiasm,improve work efficiency,promote employee behavior outside the role,but also maximize the effectiveness of leadership,thereby forming the core competitiveness of the company and stand out in the fierce competition.This paper studied the relationship between authorized leadership and knowledge-based employee engagement.A total of more than 332 questionnaires were distributed to the knowledge workers who mainly engaged in mental activities,such as IT industries,accounting firms,universities and exploration and design institutes.The effective questionnaires for recycling were 310.The paper used the effective recovery questionnaire as the research sample,and used SPSS21.0,AMOS21.0 and other software to verify the authorization of the models and hypotheses proposed by the factor analysis method and the hierarchical regression method.It explored the influence of authorized leaders on the engagement of knowledge workers,the mediating role of employee psychological capital in the engagement of authorized leaders and knowledge workers,and the self-monitoring of employees in the adjustment of psychological capital to engagement.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Authorized leaders have a good role in promoting the engagement of knowledge workers;(2)Authorized leaders have a good predictive effect on psychological capital;(3)Psychological capital is dedicated to knowledge workers.Which has a positive impact on;(4)Authorized leadership has a positive impact on knowledge-based employee engagement through psychological capital;(5)Self-monitoring reverse-regulating the relationship between psychological capital and the engagement of knowledge workers.This research focuses on the particularity of the engagement of knowledge-based employee groups in theory,enriching the research content of leadership style and knowledge-based employee engagement and proposing to promote the engagement of knowledge-based employees based on the research conclusions.At the same time,this paper puts forward the limitations and shortcomings in the research process,in the future research,it can further expand the effectiveness and influence mechanism of authorized leaders in the Chinese context,and hope to provide a theoretical basis for improving the engagement of knowledge workers. |
