The unique regional characteristics of urban commercial banks make it possible to make full use of the advantages of the region and to serve local residents and small and medium-sized enterprises.The city commercial banks and small and medium-sized enterprises can give various preferential loans,and give city residents deposits and financial incentives,so that small and medium-sized enterprises and residents of their own interests are quaranteed at the same time,the banks also obtaine fast development.In recent years,the city commercial banks have been growing rapidly,and they are more and more important in the social and economic development of our country.At present,the main force of city commercial banks is the new generation of knowledge workers,who are often well educated and have their own career and values.They hope to be able to apply their knowledge,through their own efforts,combined with their expertise to make a contribution to the progress and development of the bank,but also harvest their own career success.However,due to the high pressure and high competitiveness of the city commercial banks,the bank's organizational management system is not perfected,the staff's career management is not enough to be noticed.This has a direct impact on the enthusiasm of employees,which is easy to reduce their enthusiasm for the work,so that their interest in the work is getting lower and lower,thereby affecting the degree of employee engagement.To this end,the city commercial banks need to continue to improve the organizational career management system,and further improve the physical and psychological feelings and career planning.In this paper,from the perspective of the organization occupation career management perspective,we analyse of the status quo and problems of city commercial bank organization,occupation career management and the new generation of knowledge employee engagement and through the introduction of psychological capital as a mediating variable,the city commercial bank organization occupation career management and the new generation of knowledge employee engagement research,and further put forward relevant management suggestions.This paper first introduces the research background,research significance,research contents,research methods and research innovation;the second is to organize the occupation career management,psychological capital and employee engagement variables of the domestic and foreign related literature summaries,systematically analyze the connotation,the dimensions of the variables,measurement and empirical research and related theoretical basis;in this paper the study variables are summarized;thirdly,in the form of a questionnaire selecting the city commercial bank knowledge workers of new generation selection is located in Handan city as the research object,itcarries on the statistical analysis of valid questionnaires,and puts forward the hypothesis of this study;then,the paper is based on data collection,the organization of occupation career management,employee engagement and psychological capital scale,the reliability analysis and validity analysis,and the premise of reliability and validity.Further,the data for the descriptive statistical analysis,variance analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and mediating effect analysis,and then verify part of the intermediary role of psychological capital plays in between the two variables;finally,the results of the study are summarized in the fourth chapter,and the assumptions are verified,and the conclusions are given,and then it puts forward the management proposal in the end.The last chapter of the paper analyzes the shortcomings of the whole paper and prospects the future of the research.
