With the advent of the knowledge economy,knowledge workers have the ability to continuously innovate and provide great support for the sustainable development of enterprises,making them gradually become the core human resources of IT enterprises,especially mastering important information technologies and even core technologies.Knowledgeable staff.To maintain its core competitiveness and achieve sustainable development,IT companies need to pay close attention to the performance of knowledge workers,avoid knowledge-based employee turnover,and minimize the loss of such economic losses.And need to fiully stimulate its potential,and contribute to the development of the enterprise.Through the combing of a large number of original research results,this paper analyzes the characteristics of IT enterprise knowledge workers in detail,and analyzes the work performance,and obtains the research hypothesis proposed in this paper.In the exploration of the impact of various aspects of psychological contract rupture on employee performance,employee engagement is used as a mediator to deepen the research model.The research object of this paper is the knowledge worker of IT enterprise.Based on the thinking of the previous literature,this paper puts forward the research hypothesis of this paper,and further designs the questionnaire which is consistent with the paper according to the needs of the research hypothesis,and uses the SPSS statistical analysis software to collect the original.Data are correlated,regression analysis,etc.,to verify the correctness of the hypothesis.Through the analysis results,the following conclusions are drawn:the psychological contract breakdown is significantly negatively correlated with the employee's work performance.The impact of the relationship dimension breakdown on the employee's job performance is not significant.The impact of the standard dimension breakdown and the development dimension disruption on the employee's job performance is significantly negatively correlated.The impact of psychological contract rupture on employee engagement is significantly negatively correlated.The breakdown of relationship dimension,the breakdown of normative dimension,and the breakdown of development dimension all negatively affect employee engagement;employee engagement is significantly positively correlated with employee performance,employee engagement The higher the employee's overall performance level is also higher;after verifying the role of employee engagement,it is found that employee engagement is not a full intermediary,but rather a partial intermediary between the psychological contract breakdown and employee performance.effect.Through the combing of the conclusions of this paper,we provide practical management suggestions for IT enterprise management knowledge workers.
