Study On The Optimization Of Production Management Of QR Company Based On The Theory Of Constraints

Recent years growth of China's auto industry slows and components like tires exporting to US suffer from anti-dumping and anti-subsidy for 9 consecutive years,which further intensifies overcapacity of rubber tire industry.With the ever fiercer competition among like product on the market,rubber machinery enterprises are facing severe challenges in survival and development.Therefore,to seek a new way of production management to promote enterprises' survival and development has been attached great significance to.Such times background accelerates development of Theory of Constrains.The Theory puts forward to eliminate restrictive factors in production process so as to continuously improve production management mode and production efficiency.Taking QR Co.,Ltd.,of which the main business is rubber tire machinery,as an example and based on Theory of Constraints,this paper starts with analysis of its current production management situation,studies external environment during company production and problems existed in production management,propose improvement program for production management based on Theory of Constrains and illustrates its expected effect and supporting measures.
