Facing an ever increasingly competitive market, how companies to be adapted to the rapidly changing industrial business environment, and to find its new ecological niche. That was became the serious issue to be faced by all of managers. Therefore, a large number of new management methods and theories were emerge at a historic moment, such as: Lean production (LP), Balance Scorecard (BSC), Six Sigma management (6Sigma), Execution, Good to Great, and Constraints Management by Eliyahu M. Goldratt, in 1997,etc. actually, all of above new methods or theories were researching or discussing on the below three hot topics, which have to solved in management reforming and innovation by managers in the companies, namely,"What to be Changed? What to become after Change? How to Cause the Change?". All of companies were invariably hoping that through these new management techniques to strengthen the company's physicals, in order to get the increasing competitive power, surviving in the challenges of rapidly changing globalization, and to achieve the targets of continuous growing up and sustainable business. However, the examples of most of successful companies have shown that, in those full of uncertainty, complex and rapidly changing competitive environment, company's success was not any more attributed to applying one single advanced technique. In fact, it's required the creative integration of the use of a variety of advanced management concepts in the company, and based themselves characters, to realize the innovation of enterprise management and technical innovation, to constantly make changes to improve their operations, to final form the unique advantages of enterprise management and market competition of the company. This study proposes an integrated framework with six sigma and constraints management (TOC), and applied to the continuous improvement activities in company's operation management system. The article has illustrated he possibility and necessity of the integrated framework with six-sigma and constraints management, and the superiority of the integrated framework. In this thesis, the both technological processes were realized the dynamic integration, and achieved the complement on each other. Furthermore, the study was demonstrated a case study of integrated frameworks performed in a manufacturing firm in SIP of Suzhou. The results have illustrated: the integrated framework with six sigma and TOC, it was formed a continuous improvement, boosting innovation and dynamics enterprise management environment, and it was helpful for company to face the challenges form rapidly changing globalization, to achieve the continuous growing up and sustainable business. More generally, those integrated framework could be beneficial to China Small Medium Enterprises, who were constrained by the relative lack of resources, to help them improve the market competition, rapid increase market share and business performance; and work up a dynamics enterprise management system, to realize the company Self-diagnosis, Self-improvement and Accelerating-innovation, finally to realize the Asymmetric Innovation on products or services of companies, to gain the Enterprise decisive competitive advantage.
