| The research of production scheduling is within the scope of operation management, and is also one of the hot issues of theories and empirical researches of management. How to improve the accuracy of production plan, reduce the change frequency of plan, and eventually to satisfy customer'changeable demands have been paid more and more attentions by managers and researchers. So far, although there are a lot of literatures about production scheduling research, the researches on production scheduling method of domestic paper-making enterprises are very few, moreover these researches mainly aim at paper roll cutting, beating process etc. Based my research on the practical production of domestic modern paper-making enterprises, with the existed achievement on production scheduling, this paper will make a systemic analysis of production scheduling.After reviewing the studies of production scheduling, according to the principles and methods of restraint theory, production scheduling theory and optimization theory, this paper proposes the guiding ideology and principles of model constructing, and analyses the purposes, restrictive conditions, strategies of production scheduling as well as bottlenecks in the production process for domestic paper-making enterprises. Then, taking the properly processing scheme of paper-making system with pulp and paper balance as the cutting-in point, and combining with the practical production of paper-making enterprise and customer requirements, this paper puts forward a new model of paper-making enterprise production scheduling under restraint theories. To avoid the pre-mature and slow convergence of traditional genetic algorithm, this paper proposes niche genetic algorithm model for model solving. This paper finds that niche genetic algorithm has the features of whole convergence and fast convergence after comparing the running results between common genetic algorithm and niche genetic algorithm and comparing the running results between 200 iterations and 300 iterations of niche genetic algorithm. Meanwhile, in order to testify the validity of this researching model, this paper selects Yuanjiang Paper Co., Ltd as the applied example of the model, and analyzes this company's production scheduling state, finally utilizes this scheduling model on Yuanjiang Paper Co., Ltd. The example results is given to provel that the model and algorithm described in this paper is efficient, has useful value for production scheduling of paper-making enterprises,and can be used to guide the actual production scheduing for paper-making enterprises.The following research of this paper will integrate production statistical data to moreover optimize production scheduling model and make paper-making enterprise production scheduling more scientific. |
