Research On Regional Differences In The Development Efficiency Of Low-Carbon Economy

With all kinds of ecological energy development and utilization,get social and economic development,improving people's living standard,more and more dependence on energy is strong,thus caused the environmental problems,these problems which cause serious damage to people's survival and development.Based on the above background,this paper firstly introduces the research background and significance of this topic,development efficiency of low carbon economy presents a review of the literature at home and abroad was studied and its influencing factors,and on this basis,illustrates the research method of this article,the innovation points and deficiencies;Secondly the efficiency of low carbon economy development related theory are analyzed,and key to explain the low carbon economy growth theory-the decoupling theory,evolution of low carbon economy theory-kuznets curve,regional unbalanced growth theory and the theory of spatial econometric model;Then use the network DEA model and 2007-2016 panel data of 30 provinces in China,for its low carbon economic growth efficiency for measurement and analysis of regional difference;Malmquist index of every system with input and output redundancy is studied.Finally the influence factors of the efficiency of low carbon economy development the space measurement,and proposes the corresponding improvement measures.Study found that:(1)the total carbon dioxide emissions rise year by year,significant regional differences;(2)the time dimension analysis,the value system efficiency and the economic growth is higher than that of green environmental protection system efficiency value and growth;Spatial dimension analysis,the eight comprehensive economic zone of low carbon economy system average efficiency difference obvious,from high what sort are respectively the northern coastal economic zone,northwest integrated economic zone,east integrated economic zone,the integrated economic zone in the middle reaches of the Yellow River,southwestern coastal economic zone,the comprehensive economic zone in southern comprehensive,integrated economic zone in the middle reach of Yangtze river,northeast economic zone,the area should be alert to the economic system and the system of green environmental protection not cooperative tendency;(3)the efficiency of low carbon economy development portfolio model can be divided into the "double high" "double low" low "high economic,environmental protection" "low economy,high environmental protection";(4)economic system index of MI most provinces is greater than 1,the regional difference is small,economic growth of provinces and cities,go hand in hand,MI index thanks to the growth of most provinces TEC changes;MI index significantly regional difference of green environmental protection system,index value index value is lower than the economic system,the TC growth below the system economic growth;(5)the provinces GDP,capital stock,energy use,urbanization,built up area green space area,carbon dioxide emissions are varying degrees of redundancy,should further optimize the structure of low carbon system input and output,improve resource utilization;(6)energy investment,capital investment,urbanization,economic development level,government intervention,science and technology innovation,residents' lifestyle is the main factor affecting the efficiency of low carbon economy development,and has spatial correlation and integration.
