Six Sigma management is an advanced management theory and method for today’s world-class enterprises to pursue excellence.Since China’s accession to the WTO,the competition from abroad is extremely fierce,and every enterprise wants to win in the competition.At the same time,they also realize that customer satisfaction has gradually affected the competitiveness of enterprises,high quality and customer satisfaction has become the focus of attention of enterprises.However,as a profit-making enterprise,only by reducing the internal bad cost to a certain extent,can we obtain real excess profits.In this regard,the Six Sigma Management Method is undoubtedly a very suitable method.Throughout the success of large foreign enterprises,Six Sigma management method plays a very important role in it,but from the actual situation of quality management in our enterprises,especially forklift industry,for most domestic enterprises,they implement Six Sigma within the enterprise,and really made a breakthrough.Not much.Therefore,for the forklift industry,it is more and more important to study the Six Sigma management methods and applications and explore how to effectively implement the six sigma.This paper studies this problem and analyzes the basic theory and application methods of Six Sigma management.This paper systematically introduces the Six Sigma quality management theory from the perspectives of Six Sigma connotation,evaluation index and implementation significance,and studies the Six Sigma improvement methodology DMIAC model,which is the main contents of the five stages of definition,measurement,improvement,analysis and control,and the qualitytools and methods used.Lean production,Lean Six Sigma Theory and method.On this basis,the quality problems of HC company and the feasibility of Six Sigma improvement are analyzed by using Minitab software,and then the Six Sigma management system of HC company is constructed.Finally,combined with the actual case of upgrading the assembly process capability index and production manufacturing system of HC forklift truck,this paper analyzes how to deploy Lean Six Sigma improvement methodology DMAIC mode in actual production.In this paper,the problem analysis,problem solving methods,quality tools and lean methods of DMAIC quality improvement process in Six Sigma management are presented clearly,which verifies the remarkable effect of Six Sigma in improving product quality and manufacturing system.At the same time,aiming at the problems existing in the process of implementing Six Sigma Management in forklift truck industry,this paper puts forward some pertinent suggestions,expecting to help enterprises in domestic forklift truck industry successfully and effectively implement Six Sigma management.
