More than a decade into the 21 st century,we are pleasantly surprised to find that China has surpassed the United States as the world's leading manufacturing power.When we stopped to see how strong the Chinese as the second largest economy,a series of new concepts and flush out-the return of manufacturing,industrial 4.0,2025,made in China to know the world is changing so fast,don't allow us to stop.The economic powerhouse of Europe and the United States has returned to the forefront of manufacturing,raising interest rates and cutting taxes,while the southeast Asian manufacturing industry,represented by Vietnam and the Philippines,has emerged.In contrast,the domestic manufacturing industry "big but not strong",changing with time customer demand escalated,ageing demographic dividend is disappearing,operating costs,corporate profits is difficult,the entrepreneurs have a strong sense of urgency and the sense of crisis.In the face of adversity,managers standing at the height of corporate strategy have discovered the practical and effective weapon of lean six sigma.Lean six sigma is integrated lean and six sigma,absorb the advantages of two theories,make up for the shortcomings of single theory,and achieve more perfect management effect.Practice has proved that lean six sigma can improve product quality,simplify business process,reduce the management cost,customer satisfaction,finally comprehensively improving the quality of enterprise management level,enhance their competitiveness.S Suzhou factory since the company with the rapid expansion of production scale,production and quality management were exposed many problems,so the company decided to introduce lean six sigma in the original quality management system.Paper first of all,according to the theory of lean six sigma and origin are studied,and then combined with the company S in the current quality management system on the basis ofintroducing the lean six sigma management and after the implementation of quality management for the remarkable progress,for lean six sigma in similar enterprises import and implementation patterns and processes,by an example of the application of DMAIC improvement at the same time as the object,carries on the practice,analyzes how to apply lean six sigma epilogue analysis summed up the lessons and experience of the successful implementation of lean six sigma,for China's implementation of lean six sigma improve quality management level of similar enterprises to provide a more complete reference model.
