Application Study Of Lean Six Sigma In Kaizen Of LEJIN Company

This thesis is a study on Kaizen based on the theory of Lean Six Sigma for production efficiency, cost and moral in Lejin Company. The method of system analysis that qualitative analysis combined with quantitative analysis is adopted, technologies of Lean Six Sigma were used synthetically.Chapter1 briefs Lejin product and market trend. Based on customer requirements, company strategy is defined. Our project goal and study map of Lean Six Sigma application are developed also.Chapter2 introduces the history of Lean Production, Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma.Chapter3 first introduces workshop of Lejin company. Then, through the problem analysis, Lean Six Sigma project are identified.With the development of the project, in-deep analysis has been made using Lean Six Sigma tools on the basis of a great deal of data. After taking various actions, it is successful to make line balance, reduce cost and improve the productivity of machines.Chapter 4 simply reports our benefit.It has been proven that, if only the enterprise really takes actions according to Lean Six Sigma basic principles, integrates it with other management theory, it will succeed in the world.
