Enterprise Performance Management is the management through a certain method and system to ensure the performance results of an enterprise,which can consistent with the enterprise’s strategic goals,and promote the enterprise strategic target realization process.In order to adapt to the market,company A is currently in the phase of product structure adjustment,hydraulic sub-station products will be dominant in the company’s products,the original performance measures are no longer suitable for the management requirements after the expansion of the production line,they must work out a new performance management approach to improve the competitiveness of the company’s products,and improve the company’s overall competitiveness in the market.However,the development of performance management is a complex process.The domestic research on performance management are mostly based on theory,the cases involving specific implementation of performance management are not so much,This article will use the Key Performance Indicators Theory(Key Performance Indicator,KPI)and combined with the actual situation of company A,based on the survey about the organizational structure,personnel situation and corporate culture of company A,in-depth analysis of the production status,personnel structure and product process of hydraulic sub-station product,discussing the positive role of performance management in practice,as well as the possible obstacles and problems in the application process,and then puts forward the final performance management planof hydraulic sub-station in company A.It applied improved performance management to the daily management of the hydraulic sub-station lines,to illustrate the positive role of the new performance management of production and management,providing reference for other enterprises to implement performance management.The text consists of five chapters.First chapter is the introduction,which explained the necessity of performance management from the selected topic background,significance of topics,research and research commentary.The second chapter is the basic theory of performance management,it describe the development history of performance appraisal,introduce the concept and characteristics of KPI performance appraisal,principles and established process of KPI targets.Third chapter is analysis existing performance management system of hydraulic sub-station line in company A,based on the existing system for performance analysis,it findout the shortcomings of the original system.The fourth chapter is model and implementation of new hydraulic sub-station production line performance management system,to develop a new suitable for new performance system and the implementation plan for the development of the company.The fifth chapter is the evaluation about improved performance management system of hydraulic sub-station production line in company A. |
