Over the past decade,China's railway construction has advanced rapidly.The total mileage of high-speed rail operation has leapt to the first place in the world.At the same time,the expansion of a large number of existing lines has also increased dramatically.The large number of railway construction projects has brought a broad development space for railway construction enterprises,and the wide application of new technologies,new equipment and new techniques put forward new requirements for the quality of project construction personnel.Chengdu-Kunming railway Chengdu to E'mei section of the capacity expansion project as the focus of Chengdu-Kunming railway renovation project,the standard high,the project cycle beyond the original enterprise to undertake the existing projects.While the project team has undergone new changes.First,the relative quality of technical personnel Lagging;Second,a large number of professional and technical personnel loss;Third,the team atmosphere cannot form cohesion.Three factors,resulting in the number of technical personnel,quality and project construction is not suited to the situation,how to optimize the project team management,enhance team cohesion and combat effectiveness,has become the project team and the enterprise itself is to adapt to the era of rapid development of large infrastructure important factor.In the long-term working practice,this paper realized that the management of the project team cannot match with the new management mode and the enterprises own development goal in the high-speed railway era.The traditional one is the traditional one,which is the traditional development of the railway enterprise.Management model cannot be linked with the railway modernization of the project management.Therefore,it is imperative to optimize the project team management,simplify the management process and optimize staffing.In view of the above problems,this paper systematically optimizes the project team management system scientifically and optimizes the old traditional management system.In the process of optimization and reconstruction,the team members pay attention to the quantitative evaluation and evaluate the team members' performance.In this paper,from the team culture construction,from the soft environment,we aim to create a positive team atmosphere,in the spiritual level to encourage team members to strive for excellence,and vigorously enhance the team cohesion and combat effectiveness.This study not only has strong applicability and practicability to the enterprise and project team,but also has a theoretical guidance to the optimization of project team of other related enterprises.At the same time,this study provides a reference for the modern development and high standard construction of railway construction enterprises in the high-speed railway,provides the optimization of the team management for the future development of railway construction,and has important practical value.Finally,this paper summarizes the team optimization in management system of ChengduE'mei section of Chengdu-Kunming railway,emphasizes the value and significance of the study,and puts forward the shortcomings and future research prospects.
