Risk Management Research On Hydraulic System Manufacturing Projrct Of BR Company

Hydraulic system,as the core products in hydraulic drive and control application,which supply constant and stable power unit for big mechanical equipment,and the manufacturing project of hydraulic system have its typical characteristics,such as high value,long delivery time and high quality performance,in the project manufacturing phase,we come across lots of potential project risk inevitably,it will pose a great threaten if we don't take actions to prevent and correct it,and it will cause cost over budget,time delayed and products unqualified evitable,in better situation,it will terminate the project,but in worse case,it will damage company reputation,therefore,it make sense to make research on the project risk management.The thesis based on the hydraulic system manufacturing project of BR company,analyze the current status of project management in BR company,it is the unqualified project risk management system that caused failure,and apply the project risk management into hydraulic system manufacturing project,introduces the brainstorming and fishbone diagram to identify project risks,list the project risk of hydraulic system manufacturing project,then associated FMEA with project risk management,using the method of RPN to rank the risk;states the risk response strategies and specific measures for high risk level factors,reducing the grade of higher risk into lower risk level;then monitor risk through the daily,weekly and monthly report etc,ensure the risk under control.The project risk management system is successfully applied into BR hydraulic system manufacturing project,reduce the risk level,and improve the success rate of the project.
