Research On The Application Of Project Management In Shanghai ICA Station Head's Training

Project management is a mature system of theory and method at home and abroad. It has the systematic processes, tools, skills and methods. Combined with other application fields, now it exerts important effects for high quality and more benefits. Management theory is an important part of training theory. This thesis tries to understand the ICA(Industry &Commerce Administration) station head's training management from the point of project management. The ICA station head's training is in the foreland of market supervision and administrative execution. Then it builds the process model of project management in Shanghai ICA station head's training, increasing the training's pertinence and actual effect.According to the concept, theory and method of modern project management, combined with the actuality of Shanghai ICA station head's training, this thesis first analyzes the necessity and possibility of applying project management theory during Shanghai ICA station head's training. Furthermore, according to process theory of project management, this thesis combines five processes of project management with process of Shanghai ICA station head's training. Then it builds the process model of project management in Shanghai ICA station head's training, and it offers different management tools and skills during each management process. At last, the research proves the means and principles in practice and then validated the maneuverability and validity.
