China’s economic development has entered a new normal trend,making the socialist market competition increasingly fierce,which has caused an inestimable impact on the development of modern enterprises.Based on the current market environment,enterprises must pay attention to capital management,technology reference,product production,cost control and other inputs,and competition in human resources is also essential.In the current workplace,the number of new generations of employees represented by the 90 s is gradually rising,occupying an important position in the workplace,and the issue of the departure of new generation employees has become a top priority for enterprises.In view of the key impact of the new generation of employees on the development of the company,it is imperative to solve the problem of employee turnover in a timely manner,which is related to the operation and benefit protection of the enterprise.As a private enterprise in the equipment manufacturing industry,XY Company has been very prominent in the company’s new generation of employees in recent years.The turnover rate has reached more than25%,which has a great impact on the normal operation of the company.By studying the current situation of XY company’s new generation of employees’ resignation,summarizing the specific reasons that affect the employee’s resignation,and seeking correct solutions,it is convenient for the company’s managers to effectively control the resignation problem,which has important practical meanings for making sure the company’s stable operation and improving the company’s operating efficiency.Combining the literature research method,the questionnaire survey method and the interview method,it is learned that the new generation employees of XY Company have greater mobility,and the turnover rate of employees is higher overall,especially the turnover rate of employees in the sale department and production department.which is not conducive to the company in the long run.Stable operation.According to the investigation,the specific reasons for the departure of the new generation of employees of XY Company mainly include the enterprise management system such as the salary system and promotion system at the enterprise level,and the improvement of corporate culture construction.The career development prospects at the individual level make the employees lack confidence and individuals.Objective factors such as family may affect employee turnover rate,and the psychological pressure on the work environment level leads to brain drain and the responsibility of colleagues is slightly responsible for the turnover rate.Based on the above three levels,the new generation of employee turnover management strategies are proposed,including improving the salary and welfare system,promotion mechanism,corporate culture,establishing a sound career planning system and efficient communication mechanism to meet the psychological needs of the new generation of employees and improve the company.Employee interpersonal relationships help to reduce the turnover rate of XY company’s new generation of employees.
