As a skill-and knowledge-intensive industry,the development and innovation of life insurance industry can not be separated from the role of talents.With the new generation of employees entering the workplace and gradually becoming the main force in various industries,the reservation of the new generation of employees plays a decisive role in whether life insurance companies can obtain competitive advantage.Alxa Taikang Life Insurance Company is one of the earliest insurance companies established in Alxa,which has trained a group of outstanding new generation insurance professionals.However,with the increasingly fierce competition in the insurance market of Alxa,the loss of new generation employees of Alxa Taikang Life Insurance Company is becoming more and more serious.The lack of reservation of the new generation of employees affects the company to achieve its business objectives.At first,this paper analyzes the current situation of the loss of the new generation employees of Alxa Taikang Life Insurance Company,and then through questionnaires and personal interviews,it analyzes the causes of the loss of the new generation employees from three aspects: personal factors,enterprise management factors and macro environmental factors,finally this paper puts forward some countermeasures through the understanding and application of the Price-Mueller model.At the employee level,open the two-way communication channels between the new generation staff and the management;at the organizational level,introduce the integral management mechanism,optimize the staff training system,extend responsibility base salary,implement the annual salary system and so on;at external environment level,formulate the recruitment hiring plan and access policy.It is hoped that this study can relieve the loss of the new generation of employees in Alxa Taikang Life Insurance Company and provide reference for other domestic insurance companies to deal with the loss of the new generation employees,thus promoting development of the life insurance industry.
