“80s”, “90s”,once a synonym for the younger generation, have now started to enter the workplace, and, as a representative of the new generation of employees has become the main force of the workplace. Compared with old employees, they was born in market economy, and growth in the wave of globalization and informatization, so, they have distinct characteristics and requirements of The Times. Because of this, they have much stronger employee participation willingness and demand, more make decisions for themselves. But it seems that our enterprise are still not ready to this aspect, they can’t fully meet the demand of new generation employees participation intention, so make enterprise internal labor contradiction is very outstanding, the new generation employees’ corporate loyalty has fallen to the lowest in history, turnover intention and employee turnover is very serious. Employee involvement as a right of an employee, a kind of sharing and interactive mechanism in enterprise, have a great significance in maintenance of fair in workplace, ease labor conflicts, improve the job satisfaction and reduce turnover intention.This paper use empirical research method, with the companies new generation employees as the research object, research new generation employees participation and turnover intention relationship and its mechanism action between them, and staff involved in perception’s regulating effect between the two part. The questionnaire involve the employee involvement scale, turnover intention scale and employee involvement perception scale three scales, to research new generation’ relationship between employee involvement and turnover intention. 240 questionnaires were issued and recycling 194 effective questionnaire copies. For the data from questionnaire, using SPSS19.0 statistical software make reliability analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, reliability and validity of difference statistical analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, and get the following results:(1) The new generation employees’ demographic variables have different influence on employee participation, employees involved perception and turnover intention. The differences statistical analysis results show that among the demographics variables, only the year of birth, educational background, position variables of this study have different degree of difference, the influence of the rest variables in this study is not obvious.(2) The new generation employee involvement have partial correlation with turnover intention. Through regression analysis of data, found that only Organizations authorized have negative influence to employee turnover intention, and information sharing and advice adopt two dimension in this study did not show significant negative effects.(3) perception of new generation have no adjustment regulation between the employees involvement and turnover intention.Finally, in order to help enterprises to manage new generation employees effective and control employee turnover behavior, according to the conclusions of this study, came up with the related management advice. And according to the actual situation in research, we are pointed out its limitations and make suggestions and prospect for the following study.
