| Since the reform and opening up of China in the 1970 s,China’s traditional manufacturing industry has been rapidly upgraded and gradually developed into the world’s first manufacturing power.At the same time of rapid economic development,China’s traditional manufacturing industry is facing various problems.The human resource problem is a problem that has always existed in traditional manufacturing enterprises.Under the background of Industry 4.0,the human resource problem has also produced new changes with the development of the times,and how to establish an efficient human resource system has become the basis of enterprise transformation and development.Among them,as the most terminal executor of enterprise work,the grassroots employees are the most important part of enterprise human resources.In a sense,grass-roots employees can determine the competitiveness of an enterprise,and the stable management of grass-roots employees is the basis for the sustainable development of the enterprise and has a very important impact on the operation of the enterprise.In this paper,we take M Group as the object of investigation and research,and through Citespace visual analysis,we derive the development frontier of the current research on employee turnover,and obtain survey data by way of designing questionnaires through the results of visual analysis.The results of the survey data are analyzed by means of SPSS data analysis,and the root causes of the attrition problem of the grassroots employees of M Group are derived.The problem is analyzed from the perspective of individual employees,the company,the society and the industry.According to the final data model,based on the incentive theory and human resource management theories,and combined with the development status of M Group,the following countermeasures and improvement plans are proposed for the loss of grassroots employees: We should build a dynamic management mode based on data,improve the employee health protection and management system,build a fair and healthy salary system,refine the employee system of division and diversity,and build a positive working environment.Finally,it is expected that M Group can improve its human resource policies according to its own development situation and the development needs of traditional manufacturing enterprises by the times and society,so as to reduce the turnover rate of grassroots employees and improve their satisfaction,thus realizing the steady development of the enterprise. |
