| As an enterprise in the era of social knowledge economy,it is highly dependent on the new generation of talent resources.New-generation employees are gradually replacing traditional employees who compete primarily based on cost and market factors,as labor resources that emphasize both knowledge and management competition.However,the dimission rate of the new generation of employees is much higher than that of other employees,and continues to rise.Therefore,understanding the dimission intention of the new generation of employees and its influencing factors is helpful to reduce the employee turnover rate and ensure the high-quality and stable development of the company.Based on Maslow’s Hierarchical of Needs Theory and social cognition theory,this paper takes the new generation of employees in WA Company as the research object,and uses literature research,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics to investigate the dimission status of the new generation of Chinese employees.At the same time,correlation and multiple regression analysis are carried out on the factors affecting the turnover intention of the new generation of employees,and the main factors affecting the turnover intention of the new generation of employees are explored from five aspects,including salary and welfare,internal preference,interpersonal relationship,innovation orientation and long-term development.Based on this.This study proposes to improve the scientific salary system and salary level competitiveness;Respect and meet the self-actualization needs of employees,reduce the pressure of work and life,and improve the loyalty,satisfaction and happiness of the new generation of employees;Strengthen interpersonal harmony and create a good working atmosphere;Attach importance to career management,strengthen the training of new generation employees,broaden the promotion space and improve the promotion fairness,and guide the new generation of employees to make long-term development plans;The suggestions and countermeasures of increasing innovation efforts,building a high-level platform to build enterprises,and creating a good innovation environment are designed to reduce the dimission rate of the new generation of employees in WA company and provide support for the management of the dimission tendency of the new generation of employees,so that the new generation of employees can play a better role in the development of WA company,and thus provide practical experience for related enterprises and the reduction of the dimission rate of the new generation of employees. |
