| Petroleum enterprise is an important part of China’s energy industry.It is of great significance to ensure national energy security.With the deepening of the reform of the system and the intensification of competition in the industry,as a large oil refining enterprise,QRC refinery is facing increasing competition pressure.How to improve the management level of middle managers and enhance their core competence becomes the key point of QRC company’s human resource management.This study is designed to enhance their industry competitiveness by optimizing the performance appraisal system of QRC refinery middle managers,by the use of key performance indicators.The problems of current QRC refinery’s performance appraisal system display in four aspects,such as incomplete performance appraisal rules,shortage of a unified understanding of the enterprise performance evaluation standard,defect of feedback and disjoint performance results.It has basically perfected the performance appraisal system of middle managers in QRC refinery through the optimization design.This paper believes that the effectiveness of performance appraisal system will not enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises in the short term,but the standardized performance appraisal system is the development trend of human resource management.The performance evaluation results in a long process,in view of this,all employees should establish long-term development ideas,pay attention to the problems that performance appraisal reflects and improve the level of business and the core competitiveness of enterprises effectively. |
