With the development of economic globalization,the competition among modern enterprises is becoming more and more intense.The competition among enterprises is more manifested in the competition of human resources,and the core competitiveness of enterprises mainly comes from the competitiveness of human resources.The middle-level managers are the most important human resources in the enterprise.How to fully mobilize their enthusiasm and initiative,and stimulate their work enthusiasm,has become one of the most important work of the enterprise human resource management.The performance appraisal of middle-level managers is not only the regular work of enterprise human resource management,but also the most important work of enterprise human resource management.However,due to the constant changes of internal conditions and external environment,enterprises should adjust their business objectives and competitive strategies in time,which requires timely adjustment of the performance appraisal index system for the smooth implementation of enterprise business strategies.To the role of guidance.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and practical value to select the performance appraisal of middle-level managers.The research content of this paper is to optimize the performance appraisal scheme of ZJN company's middle-level managers.This paper uses literature analysis,questionnaire survey,statistical analysis,AHP and other research methods.The purpose of this paper is to explore the problems and causes of the performance appraisal scheme of ZJN company's middle-level managers,and to optimize the existing performance appraisal scheme of ZJN company's middle-level managers in combination with the strategic needs of ZJN company.The objective of the optimization is to not only effectively serve the company's strategy,but also fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the middle-level managers.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background,significance,research purpose,literature review at home and abroad,research methods,research content and structural arrangement.The second chapter summarizes the related theories and methods involved in the research,mainly involving the balanced scorecard method,key performance indicator method,360 degree assessment method and AHP.The third chapter through the questionnaire survey to understand the status of ZJN company's middle-level management performance appraisal system,through statistical analysis to find its problems,and analyze the reasons for the problems.The fourth chapter combines the analysis results of the third chapter and the management strategy of ZJN company,optimizes the index system of the performance appraisal system of the middle-level managers by using the balanced scorecard method and the key performance index method,optimizes the index weight by using the AHP method,and carries on the optimization from the aspects of the appraisal subject,the appraisal procedure,the appraisal cycle and the feedback and application of the appraisal results.Optimization.The fifth chapter introduces the implementation of the optimized performance appraisal system of ZJN company's middle managers.The sixth chapter summarizes the conclusion of the paper and prospects the follow-up research.
