Abstract/Summary:
Since the first self-service equipment was put into operation in 1995 in the Agricultural Bank of China DY branch,the construction of the self-service bank has go through 21 years.Recent years,the layout,equipment quantity,function,management quality,transaction size of the self-service bank of DY branch have achieved leapfrog development.Value creation,market competitiveness and risk control capacity have increased obviously.However,there are still many problems in the scientific management,standardized development and economic benefits of the self-service bank,which seriously affect the development of self-service banking.This paper mainly uses the literature research method,field investigation method,cost-benefit analysis and other theoretical methods to study the operation and management of the self-service bank of DY branch.Firstly analyse the current situation the self-service bank of DY branch,found there are many problems,such as the lack of scientific proof,unreasonable location of self-service banking network layout,irrational allocation of resources,low income high cost,imperfect of operation and management mechanism and so on.Through field research,to obtain the quality,distribution area,equipment configuration,trading volume,transaction amount,fee income and other related data of the self-service bank.According to the actual situation of DY branch,this paper designes the management optimization scheme of the self-service bank,the basic ideas are scientific development,feasibility demonstration of location,optimize the allocation of resources to upgrade equipment efficiency,scientific evaluation of self-service banking operation quality,improve equipment management mechanism.Finally,the author puts forward the measures to strengthen the operation management of self-service bank,such as the scientific evaluation of self-service equipment management team,to improve the marketing level of self-service bank,and to strengthen the risk control of self-service bank.
