In recent years,with the continuous development of new technologies such as Internet,big data,artificial intelligence,biometric technique and so on,the competition of financial products is becoming increasingly fierce and the demand of customers is becoming more and more diversified.It has put forward higher requirements for financial institutions service.The core of competition among financial institutions has been also upgraded to a competition of comprehensive services capacities from market share competition in the past.The loss of funds,the narrow deposit-to-loan and the drop in credit and market risk increase management difficulties.Commercial banks are facing the impact and challenges brought by the changes of internal and external environment,which also urges banks to constantly improve their own operation and management level.According to modern management theory,operation management as one of the five management functions of enterprise management plays an extremely important role for commercial banks.In these days,the traditional mode of operation and management is unable to the development of the new situation,so it starves for innovation.The future development trend is that banks can form their own unique advantages in cost,efficiency,risk and service.Excellent operation and management will greatly enhance the core competitiveness of commercial banks.This paper's research object is based on Operational Management Service Center of A Province,using the process re-engineering theory,leaning operation theory and shared service theory as guidance,taking the current domestic and foreign theories and development into consideration,analyses the current situation of Operational Management Service Center of A Province,and puts forward four strategies to improve the level of operation and management services.Meanwhile,I wish that I could contribute to the development of China's rural finance in the new situation.In this way,it can give full play to its role of rural financial institutions and provides effectively high-quality service for customers.
