After more than ten years of development,Real estate has become an important pillar industry of the national economy.It has led to the development of many industries,and has an important impact on the national economic development.Because the total number of real estate company continues is increasing and the conditionof the real estate market is more and more normative,real estate industry is more and more competitive.Real estate project development cost control has become the core competitiveness of enterprises and the focus of sustainable development,which is highly valued by enterprises.For realizing the the final goal about project contract which can improve the comprehensive enterprise economic benefits,construction enterprises must focus on the management of project by strengthening the quality,schedule and the cost control.This paper creatively control engineering project cost and project schedule synchronously through the application earned value analysis and work breakdown structure to unify the measurement caliber of project cost and schedule,based on the earned value method,completely changing the cost control situation of cost and schedule separation,cost responsibility being not implemented in the past.This paper first analyzes the research background and significance,studys the status quo of research on the cost control of real estate and earned value method in the domestic.The contents and methods of research is expounded,which lays a theoretical foundation for the concrete application of earned value method.Then,in this paper,it studys the status of cost control,cost control system and the status quo of the CS apartment project in Panyu,and makes analysis on cost and schedule control of Panyu CS apartment project by using earned value analysis method.It points out the problems in the cost control of construction project,and puts forward the improvement measures of cost management and control and makes the implementation effect evaluation.At the last,this paper draw a conclusion and prospect,which can provide help for future cost control,make Cost control more effective,at the same time,can also provide reference for other real estate project cost control.
