In the global economy today,shared service SSC(Shared Service Center)management model has increasingly become the enterprises' favor.:SSC is the product of change management-the cure for the "big company",the purpose of change management is to integrating resources,reduce costs and improve the effciency of work.The principle of SSC is to gather the decentralized logistical or technical service units in the organization.According to the survey,shared services center is most widely used in the financial services field,referred to as the ASSC(Accounting Shared Service Center).From the traditional distributed services to centralized services,establishment of ASSC needs to make radical changes to the original financial organizations.However,if the changes only rely on the driving force of the top management's will and the economic performance-oriented,usually it inevitably will encounter some Issues after the completion of the implementation process.This study is based on the introduction of the background of the transformation of the Huatsman Corporate finance department,the process of the organizational reform and 6 conflict events during the ASSC organization development phase,then plus the analysis of the effectiveness of the reform,in combination with the theory of organization design to positioning the organization type of ASSC,with pointing out the features of ASSC organization,finally four issues in the existing Huntsman's Corporate ASSC organization were exposed.The revealed issues are as below:the high cost of coordination,the conflict between rigid organization and the flexible across culture,the hard human problem and the satisfaction decline of internal customers.The study figured out that the issues were due to the ncglect of other elements which can affect the organization reform effectiveness.At the end,proposed the solutions to settle the problems.
