With the development of social economy,the quality of people's life is constantly improving,so are their requirements for food.During the recent years,the problems of food safety in China have been continuously occurring,people pay more and more attention to food safety.How to eat safely and trustingly has become a matter of great concern.The enterprises of food production,as the main body of it,are mainly responsible for the quality and safety of the products and they are also the first pass of the quality and safety of food.Therefore,to establish a scientific and effective regulatory system of food safety is the first condition for an enterprise to assure the production of safe products,and it is also an important basis for an enterprise to sustain the development and to set up a good brand.This paper focuses on TY Enterprise of Food Production,by doing research on it and the relevant data,it turns out that there have been some problems in the supervision of food safety production,for example,the management of the systematic files is not strict,the personnel of the inspection in food production are lack of the relevant knowledge and the equipment of the experimental detection falls behind others and so on.With the guide of relevant principles of food safety management,the paper follows the principles of food supervision,focusing on the enterprise's establishing of the traceability mechanism,the management of the systematic files,establishing the key control points in the productive process and so on,in order to perfect the establishing of the supervision systems in enterprises' food safety.At the same time,by developing the supervision system of food safety,standardizing the measures of managing the systematic files,strictly observing the production and the processing standards and improving the inspection capability of an enterprise,increasing the chances of staff training and increasing investment in labs,the development of the enterprise can be promoted as well.
