A unique competitive strategy is critical for the survival and development of an e nterprise in a highly competitive market.As a small-to-medium-sized electronic compo nent company,AUK faced with the complex situation of growth bottleneck,increased accounts receivable,and new market opportunities.Therefore,it is urgent to develop e ffective competitive strategies so as to find a place to survive in the competition of el ectronic component industry.Thus,this study chooses the topic of "A study on AUK's competitive strategy" to investigate and figure out the right direction and path for A UK's further development.Firstly,this study reviews the theories and tools related to competitive strategy,w hich lays a theoretical foundation for the research.Secondly,this study analyzes the i nternal and external environment faced by AUK and clarifies the external opportunities and threats as well as the internal advantages and disadvantages of AUK.Thirdly,th e SWOT analysis is used for designing the competitive strategy for AUK.Under the background of the good economic situation,positive national policies encouraging inno vations,and the nationwide industrial transformation,AUK needs to make full use of its own advantages on manufacturing,technology R&D,and low labor costs and uses the Cost Leadership strategy to break through the scalability bottleneck,emphasis on R&D,enrich product structure,and controls the price of raw materials.Then AUK wi ll grow bigger and stronger quickly in the trend of the industrial transformation.Unde r AUK's mission of "Technology changes lives,innovation wins the future",and its vi sion of "Revitalizing the national crystal industry,producing the national high-quality goods,and creating the world-famous brand",AUK aims at becoming the "World-fam ous first-class Chinese innovative electronic components enterprise".The implementatio n of Cost Leadership strategy,with the help of scalable industrial manufacturing,prod uct diversification,professional team building,and capital diversification,can help AU K grow bigger and stronger quickly in the quartz crystal resonator industry,becoming a leading enterprise in the national quartz crystal resonators industry,and has its voi ce in the global quartz crystal resonator industry.Finally,in order to ensure the successful implementation of the competitive strate gy,AUK needs to implement key business strategies such as capacity expansion,tech nological innovation,product innovation,market development and supply chain management,providing a good foundation for the Cost Leadership strategy.In addition,AUK also needs to solve the human resource management,capital management,and genera l management issues.This paper not only provides competitive strategy directions for the development of AUK but also provides inspiration for the development of other small and mediumsized enterprises in the case of industrial transformation.
