Uncertainty exists all the links of supply chain, and influences the good running effect of it. The supply chain of military electronic components is very particularity, so it's more uncertainty in the links that has puzzled enterprises. To analyze and search the sources, representations and characters of uncertain factor in the supply chain, especially for military electronic components supply chain, in which some unique uncertain factors are confirmed that the reasons are analyzed in this paper, finally present the solutions.The paper studies on adoptable general strategies that solving these uncertain factors for military electronic components supply chain, in particular for the core of the supply chain——the enterprises that manufacture complete military electronic machine. The paper detailed analyzes significance, implementation measures and implementation procedures, and problems in the implementation of generalization, and puts forward the suggestions.
