Electronic information industry is the strategic,basic and leading industry of the national economy.According to the statistics of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic China,China's electronic information industry sales revenue reached 15 trillion and 500 billion RMB in year 2015,and maintain an annual growth rate of more than 10%.Among them,the electronic information manufacturing industry,which is the hardware industry related,accounting for more than 70% of total sales revenue in the electronic information industry.In such a huge market,each practitioner is facing with a huge competition and declining profits.Especially after the global economic crisis since 2008,the global economy and China's economy are in a slow recovery phase,the end consumers demand for electronic equipment significantly reduced.However,the supply is still plenty.The market situation of oversupplying often occurs.The research object of this paper,Shanghai HR International Electronics Co.,Ltd.,is a electronic components distributor.HR company has been established for nearly 20 years.In the past 20 years,with the change of external and internal marketing environment,HR company's marketing strategy is urgent to improve.As the the HR company's Sales Department Sales Manager,starting from the actual working conditions,using relevant knowledge of marketing and management,the author will firstly analysis HR company's the external marketing environment and internal marketing environment nowadays,summed up the current marketing strategy of HR company and the existing problems facing the new situation.Then according to the STP theory,all HR company's market segments will be evaluated.Combined with customer questionnaire survey,the author will find the first priority for HR market segments with AHP.According to the problems and related analysis previously found,the author builds 7Ps service marketing strategy.The marketing combination of traditional marketing strategy adjustment extends the original HR company to adapt to the current marketing environment.Finally,according to the actual situation of HR company,put forward the implementation of these improved marketing strategies related to security work.
