Research On Improving The Operation Quality Of Financial Sharing Mode Of Z Company

The 21 st century,the rapid economic growth,economic globalization intensifyin g,and multinational companies,large enterprise groups,diversification of complex,c ountries and between countries are becoming more competitive.The distance between time and space makes the problems of cost,risk and information communication of th e enterprise become more serious,which seriously affects the healthy development of enterprises.Financial Shared services as a new financial management mode of many l arge companies are being applied and promotion,its essence is to information as the b acking,breaking the traditional financial management mode,the compression cost,at the lowest cost to support business background,in order to gain more benefits and win more market.Based on the Z company as the research object,this paper aims to in the perspect ive of sustainable improvement,by the method of theory of six sigma DMAIC trying t o six sigma theory of financial Shared services model for continuous improvement in quality and the feasibility of risk control to provide the reference.This article caught t he core of the management of finance + Z company and financial Shared services cent er,established to reduce the financial function of the operating costs,strengthen the co mpany group,risk control,improve the transparency of the financial information,in o rder to improve the level of financial management and decision-making.In this paper,through financial Shared services center in Z company more runnin g quality of analysis,it is concluded that the essence of the customer needs the core,b y using the theory of six sigma DMAIC extensive investigation and analysis,for some key processes are optimized,and the feasibility of sharing the continuous improveme nt of service quality are put forward.This research has made a contribution to the fina ncial management mode of large multinational energy enterprises in China.
