With the rapid development of Chinese security industry and the support ofnational policy, DH company has been in a state of fierce competition. DH companycreated an effective strategy in the fierce competitive environment by putting forwardto advanced management ideas and techniques. During the process of enterprisemanagement, financial management is the core. In order to reduce the financialfunctions of operating costs, strengthen the group company supervision, and improvefinancial information transparency, DH company has changed the existing financialmanagement model and established FSSC.Financial share service is a direction of financial management in modernenterprises, especially for the large multinational trans-regional enterprises. Someoutstanding enterprises will give full play to the advantages of financial managementby implementing FSSC, and thus has a strong demonstration effect. At present,86%of the500fortune enterprises in United States have built FSSC to achieve atransformation of financial enterprises and it has great significance. This paper willbegin with the actual situation of DH company, then analyzes the information systemsand business processes of FSCC and discusses some problems and the correspondingimprovements for making the company’s financial system better after FSSC has beenestablished on the basis of share services theory.This article is divided into six parts: The first part describes the background,purpose and significance of the study, shared services in the current research, researchmethods and content, as well as the innovation. The second part is a theoretical studyof shared services, describes the theoretical basis of shared services, features andapplicability, as well as financial shared content and mode. The third part studies theestablishment and operation of DH company’s financial shared service center,describes the organizational structure, business process, information systems,performance evaluation, and values after financial shared service center running. Thefourth part analyzes existing problem of DH company’s financial shared service centerand proposes ideas to improve it. The fifth part is the conclusion and outlook.
