Yanji medicine pharmacy was founded in1993, in2007changed its name toYanbian Zhengdao Pharmaceutical Co. ltd.. Among3years since2011, the companyhas opened a total of27new stores, the total number of stores has reached35, inYanbian8counties and cities, has become a regional medicine retail chainenterprises in Yanbian. As the rapid development of small and medium-sizedenterprises, timely introduction of new employees, and its effective staff training,can give the rapid development of enterprises with strong support in humanresources. But in fact, the company’s new employee training has just begun, whichstarted in2011. New staff training work, rapid replication to actively support thecompletion of the company to27stores in a short span of3years. But the authorthrough investigation and research on the training of new employees to the company,found that the company is currently training for new employees still exist manyproblems.Based on the analysis of the reasons for the new staff training problemsYanbian Zhengdao Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd, also on the theory of literature research,carried out in the training of the new staff excellent enterprise experience, putforward the design principle and idea of the construction of the new employeetraining system of the company.In this paper, by using PEST and SWOT analysis on the strategy andenvironment of this company were analyzed, and the analysis results of trainingstrategies were analyzed; from the full core competency and job description for thenew employee competency has carried on the demand analysis; according to theenterprise high level, shop manager, nearly2years store employees, new employees by using interviews and questionnaires on the new employee training are analyzedand training needs survey. Analysis on more effective training for new employees onthe basis of demand, the company of new employee training plan and course design.The entry position basic to the clerk and cashier jobs, and entry to the actualsituation of new employees into two types of stores and new store has opened, in thispaper, the design goal, process of design and implementation and training coursesfor two kinds of new employee training.In this paper, taking into account the company do not have the actualsituation in the implementation of assessment of the whole process, theimplementation of the new employees training of the company are designed to threestages of training effect evaluation design including before training, among training,and after training. Assessment is designed according to training notice, trainingfacilities and materials, training and logistics support was assessed design before thetraining; assessment is designed according to their responses among training; aftertraining, assessment is designed according to the evaluation of training knowledgeand skills were assessed, and the questionnaire is designed according to trainingcontent, training teachers, training time, training trainees, and the comparisonbetween before the training and after training, and the utility of the training for thework.Finally, this paper also proposed the implementation process of theconstruction of the new employee training system of the company, and the system ofsafeguard measures are put forward on the four aspects of resources, enterpriseculture, and, training supervision and management.
