With the rapid development of automobile manufacturing industry,Chinaundefineds automobile manufacturing industry is no longer an independent model among suppliers,vehicle manufacturers,dealers,service providers and final customers,but forms a community of interests based on the development mode of industrial chain cooperation.The market competition has changed from the competition among the whole car enterprises to the competition among many industrial chains.Service chain is the main link of the value generation of the whole automobile industry chain.Facing the change of customer consumption pattern from "buy product" to "buy service",automobile after-sales service is an important link to set up brand image and enhance brand competitiveness.Therefore,automobile manufacturers urgently need to strengthen the management and control of service chain,to provide better service for automobile users,in order to set up a better brand image and enhance the market competitiveness.This thesis focuses on the solution of service chain business data resource value-added problem.Based on the service business process and business data resources of automobile industry chain collaborative platform,the service chain is analyzed from multiple angles and the service provider performance evaluation system is constructed.Provide service decision support to automobile manufacturers.Through the research and analysis of the existing service model of automobile industry chain cooperation platform,it is found that the current service model has some shortcomings,such as insufficient value-added of service data resources,lack of service chain analysis and management function,imperfect performance evaluation system of service providers,etc.Therefore,this thesis proposes a service decision support system based on the collaborative platform of automobile industry chain to solve the value-added problem of service chain business data,which is based on two aspects: data analysis and performance evaluation system.The decision basis of service chain management for automobile factory is helpful to strengthen the science and pertinence of control and decision making.The work of this thesis is mainly carried out from the following two aspects:(1)Data analysis level.The service chain node analysis mainly selects the service network distribution node,the service area node and the service provider node in the service chain to carry on the analysis to the service chain.According to different analysis angles,the analysis factors are extracted from the service business data resources,and the analysis results are displayed by using the data visualization plug-in,which provides the data visualization function for the automobile manufacturers.It is helpful to obtain information about service activities intuitively and to provide effective decision basis for service chain management.(2)Performance evaluation level.There is no perfect service provider performance evaluation system on the platform.On the basis of the analysis of the original service business,the service provider performance evaluation model is constructed to provide the basis of service provider management for the automobile manufacturer.At the same time,it is conducive to the cooperation of service providers to develop in a more positive direction.Firstly,based on the analysis of service provider node,the analysis factors are extracted to construct the evaluation index system.Then,according to the scale of the existing service data resources,an improved method of attributes weight determination based on knowledge granularity is proposed,and attribute ordering is introduced into the weight determination method to further improve the attribute weight determination.Finally,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of service provider performance is carried out.
